Jenna Mollard

Jenna Mollard is the Director of Business Development at Rand Marketing and is responsible for identifying potential deals and strategic partnerships in the community. She assists in the company’s planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth by developing the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition. Serving as the Director of Business Development, Jenna ensures the highest level of advantageously effective communication for clients.

Jenna has previously worked as the VP of Business Development for one of the fastest growing tech companies. With experience leading a team of 30 employees handling website design and development, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), premium content creation, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, she has helped a variety of national and international clients increase their return on investment.

Jenna’s background includes a broad expanse of experience including event planning for non-profit organizations such as: Big Brothers Big Sisters, Dress for Success, Zoological Society of Florida, National Political Parties, and building the digital division to one of South Florida’s largest and most successful public relations firms. A graduate from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Psychology, Jenna has assisted in the interactive marketing efforts of the Emmy-winning student-run television station UMTV.

As an active member of the South Florida community, she donates her time and marketing aptitude to assist local charities and outreach programs. Jenna lives in Boca Raton, Florida with her husband Sean and her daughter Maeve.
